2. DEPOSIT: $100 non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking to reserve your session, the balance is due at time of your session appointment.

3. You will receive a confirmation call/email prior to your appointment.

Deposit

A $100 deposit is due when making your appointment. Your session fees are due at time of your session appointment. This fee is non-refundable with the exception of rescheduling

(48 hour notice required).

Purchases can be made by cash & checks (payable to Charlie Valentine)

There will be a $25 service fee on all returned checks. All reorders paid in advance.

Payment in Full

The remaining amount is due on your session/event date prior to the session/event. I appreciate your cooperation.

Ordering Prints

Within two weeks of your session/event date (4-6 weeks for weddings) you will be able to view your proofs with me (appointment required) and choose which images you would like to order prints from. Upon making your selections, full payment is due before I will submit your images to be printed. Your order should arrive within 4 weeks of payment, if not earlier.

Suggestions

Listed below are a few suggestions that you may want to consider your photo session:

1. Be Prepared - Think about what type of colthing best reflects your personality. Don't try something new just for your photo session, it won't look natural. The same applies to hairstyles. People are used to seeing you a certain way, don't make any sudden changes.

2. Be Creative - Feel free to bring along any items that would be a reflection of your personality (sports gear, hobby items, hats, jewelry, pets., etc.) These articles can be included in some of your photos to add more of a personal touch. Please..No large items! If bringing a pet, please make sure that soneone is with you to take the pet in photos that it will not be in. It jast makes life easier for all involved, including yoru pet.

3. Be Prompt - Please try to be on time for your photo session. If you are late, it could make the session feel rushed both for you and for me. Also. by coming 10-15 minutes early, you can relax a little before starting the session, as well as, having time to talk to me about ideas that you might want to use in your photos.

4. Relax- I offer a very causl photo session. This is a fun time in every life so relax and enjoy it. Whe you are relaces it shows in your photos, and just makes for a better photo all around.

5. Glasses - Please let me know at the time you make your appointment as to wether or not you wear glasses. Transition lenses are a definate NO! You can usually check with you eye doctor and they will lend you a pair of frames - no glass - for your session. This is the best option!

Refunds

Due to the nature of my work, absolutely no refunds will be given. The only exception being a malfunction with my equipment that prevents or destroys the images taken. Given this extremely rare possibility were to happen - a total and full refund would be given.
